She believes that generating memorable experiences not only drives leasing and sales, but that it’s also imperative for increasing value, retention, and culture. Melanie is a Certified Property Manager through the IREM, is certified as a Master Trainer and Facilitator by DDI, and is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources from the SHRM.

Larry has 40+ years experience in the construction industry including new construction, developmental, commercial, and home renovations. He has built over 2,000 homes ground up and completed more than $200 million in residential and commercial construction. He holds a Business Administration degree.

Paul is building the team and processes needed to successfully deliver housing units to market as we continue to grow. He great up in North Carolina and attended ECU, earning a degree in Construction Management. After college, Paul moved to Florida where he met his wife. They settled in Raleigh, NC, where Paul spent the last 6 years building and preserving affordable multifamily housing complexes across the country.

Amy strives to create “Raving Residents” and works hard to discover new marketing techniques and software to lease apartments and create great living spaces. Her passion for marketing and learning has helped her excel as an expert in the convergence of marketing and revenue in multifamily properties. She holds a BA from Saint Joseph’s Univ. and master’s degrees from Oxford and Villanova Univ.

Jim brings nearly thirty years of professional experience in the construction and real estate development industry. His experience has run the gamut throughout a multitude of asset types and classes ranging from educational and institutional facilities to mixed-use multi-family projects. He and his teams have successfully delivered projects totaling in excess of $1 billion in construction and development costs.

Chris graduated high school in 2000 in Upstate New York, as well as went to college there where he studied Business Administration. His construction career started in Atlanta, GA, where he worked as a general contractor in the multi-family industry. From there, he worked in commercial and retail construction for a while, then shifted back to multi-family in 2014.

With 20+ years of experience, Mary has worked in many aspects of the market and enjoys the challenge of effectively running operating and managing both multi-family and single-family communities.
